    I guessed the ending quite early, but I really enjoyed the book ! It was a bit short, I would’ve loved if the book was longer !

    J'ai trouvé le livre très long à démarrer ; c'est vers la page 121 que je me suis rendue compte que l'histoire n'en était toujours pas au point de ce qui est mentionné sur la quatrième de couverture. Le rythme s'est ensuite accéléré, mais globalement, je trouve que l'auteur a eu du mal à aborder tous les sujets qu'il voulait de manière homogène. Le côté thriller se ressent beaucoup vers la fin du livre, mais très peu vers le début/milieu, le côté dark academia (ce qui m'avait attirée vers ce livre) aurait peut être pu être plus exploité.

    Le point sur lequel j'ai eu beaucoup de mal, est certainement les personnages. Je les ai trouvés sans réelle profondeur, ils avaient bien sûr leur traumatismes, mais je pense qu'ils auraient pu être exploités de manière plus subtile. Là, on avait Églantine, la fille excentrique et Riven, le garçon mystérieux, froid, à la vibe dark sasuke, qui au final se sont révélés très caricaturaux, beaucoup trop à mon goût.

    Le livre s'est lu très facilement, grâce à la plume de l'auteur, mais en renfermant ce livre, une question m'est restée en tête : à qui s'adresse ce livre ? Les personnages très caricaturaux et la simplicité de l'écriture m'ont d'abord fait penser que c'était un livre pour adolescents, mais les scènes de violence extrêmement crues m'ont démontré l'inverse.
