I recently read the shadow fae trilogy by C.N. Crawford. It was a very easy read but I liked it as a break from the heavier books I read normally. I'm searching for more titles like these. Do you have any recommendations? I also read her other series City of thorns.

Hey everyone, I just bought myself some clear post its because I want to start to write my thoughts down in my books. Are here some readers who already do it? I'm really interested in the things you usually write down when reading your books.

Read this one in just a few days. I mean it doesn't have that many pages but I really enjoyed it too. The plot is kinda flat. The characters are nothing different. But it's a cute little book to get into reading again. The writing is actually really good. I liked the world building and some of the side characters were kinda funny. So if you need a book to vibe with, an easy read after work. This is the one.

A Christmas Story, nothing new nothing bad. Light hearted, for between demanding books.

Süße Geschichte. Etwas für zwischendurch ohne wirklich drüber nachdenken zu müssen.

I read all my books in german because I am german, obviously. When I first joined PB I searched for my books with the titles I know, so all the books it counts as read are the german versions. Now I stumble across the original titles (mostly English) whenever I join quests. So technically I read the books but they aren't marked as read. I thought about marking both, English and german, as finished. But this would mean I will have they doubled in my library. So my count on finished books will never be the right one.
So how do you do it?
I think it would be amazing if we could have only one version or if they would automatically connect. It's also a bit annoying that the different languages have different forums for the books.

I was wondering if you guys log books that you read a long time ago? And if yes, how far back in time do you guys go when retroactively adding books?
For context, I only added books to my finished-list that I read this year, kind of to also mark the fresh start of my reading journey of when i started to read more again.
But I noticed that multiple quests that I am in contain books which I read a couple years ago as a teenager, but that I don‘t necessarily want to reread now just for the quest. And I am debating wether or not to mark them as finished. Because on one hand, I mean I did read them at one point in my life. On the other hand I don‘t know where to draw the line then, because I can‘t possibly add EVERY book I ever read as a kid or teen either. (And that was a time before I had a goodreads account, so it‘s not in any data I can transfer). Also as stupid as it sounds adding them now feels kind of like cheating in a way, since I read them so long ago… I don‘t know if that makes sense, maybe I am overthinking it 😂
