After finishing The Silmarillion I wanted to change something about my profile, because I fell in love with Tolkien's world all over again (and Legolas, even though he wasn't even mentioned 🥲 so more with the elves) and because some of my friends changed something about their profile too. Every time I see one of his works, I'm starstruck that he invented the whole elvish language, so I wanted a username that had something to do with that. I started by writing down German and English words that I connected with me, for example water, music or books and then tried to assemble them so they sounded like one word. At the end I chose nen for water and lindale for music and it sounds so beautiful in my opinion (one translator, translated it to waterfall). Unfortunately, Pagebound didn't allow me to use special characters, so I couldn't use an accent like nèn. Initially, I wanted to use the translation for book, but it means parma and that reminded me of Prosciutto di Parma 😭.
