Yesss I love this trope and haven't even heard of most of these!
Ursula K Le Guin also wrote a really good novella about a generational ship called "Paradises Lost." I read it in the collection The Birthday of the World and Other Stories, not sure if it's been published on its own since.

I would like to recommend an add, if you are interested: Seveneves by Neal Stephenson, which I think fits right in (and even references some of these).
Ah I just read The Republic of Memory by Mahmud El Sayed, which is set on a generation ship! I think it did some fun stuff with the trope too.
