Been vegetarian all my life and I'm working on becoming vegan. I'm actually studying to become a nutritionist, and I'd love to know if you have any recs that are more sciency and factual to help me learn more. I'll still be reading whatever is already on this list, thanks a ton!!

Love this!! Vegetarian for 13 years and in a lot of ways I feel like that made TITF easier? But I couldnât stop thinking about how it might turn people off of meat lol
Yeah, I don't mind when my omnivore friends eat meat, but definitely would mind if they ate special meat.
