thank u so much for this great list! I Hope We Choose Love: A Trans Girl's Notes from the End of the World, by Kai Cheng Thom is also partly poetry, I don't know if that qualifies for this list but it is an incredible read so maybe this comment is enough for it to find some people :3

Ooh, I can recommend also KB Brookins' Freedom House and How To Identify Yourself With A Wound.
