Pretty sure Warrior Princess Assassin fits! (It's on my TBR, but from what I've heard it's polyam)
Triple Sec by TJ Alexander is a very good throuple read. In the same contemporary vein, Really Cute People by Markus Harwood-Jones and Middle Spoon by Alejandro Varela are on my TBR. For fantasy, Infinity Alchemist is also on my TBR but I believe it also fits.

They pretty much say that they’re all “together” at the end of the second one, if I recall correctly. I’m hoping she makes it explicit in book 3. I need there to be 500 of these novellas, to be honest!
