Ah, thank you! I want to expand the list to not only be the regency era, which is to my knowledge the biggest one in the historical romance genre. And reducing it to low level spice is also cutting several ones out already, even though they are good books.
That makes sense! I haven’t read many historical romances myself, so I don’t know much about the different eras, but I really like that you’re expanding it. I’m curious to see what you’ll add!
If anyone knows of any other books that would fit - feel free to comment them and I will add them on. I am still looking myself and trying to get this list as widely spread as I can
It’s weird that this edition of the book by Anne Brontë is listed being authored by Louis V. Gerstner. Perhaps it’s someone who wrote an introduction??? I think there has to be a better edition than this. Maybe this one: The Tenant of Wildfell Hall
