Sure! I always felt conflicted about that series as a romance/love story lol maybe I just figured I didn't care for that aspect of it at all and preferred to focus on the world, uprising/resistance and battles more plus they get all the attn and other books deserve a chance 😤😉
It's a painful romance to match the painful situation, that's for sure! I can totally see feeling conflicted about it. I'm not really a romance fan (acespec plus really resistant to all the romance tropes!), though romance in dystopian and apoc books I find so much more relateable because of that difficulty and pain they have to push through to get to it!
I can also see leaving it off purely because it gets all the attention lol!
