I’ve never read a book about an aquarium but whenever I do visit an aquarium, I like to inform whoever I am with which of the sea creature I have caught in animal crossing and I think this book is going to be the literary version of that ✨

My favourite book in the world

It’s hard to put into words why your favourite book is your favourite book. I get asked so often as to why this book is my favourite and the most important to me. I have read books since I can remember, but none have actually touched my soul the way this one has. I see myself so heavily in Addie; a girl who just wants to live a life away from pressure and demands. The book is written as though it is poetry and I cling to every word that is within the ink and paper. Books can be magic and whilst that sound cheesy or somewhat delusional, this book is exactly that; magical. You could ask me so many times why this book has left such a raw feeling inside of me and every time I would give you a different answer.

“What is a person, if not the marks they leave behind?”
