A most timeless, witty and charming page-turner that I think the movie does it no justice.

God grants me patience to carry on after all the things Mr. Collins just said.

End of Chapter 20 (page 99)

Every time Mr Collins opens his mouth I want to bang my head against a wall. Crazy that man-splaining, boot-licking, beam-me-up-softboys have existed since 1813!

Bro needs to just propose to Lady Catherine at this point. How is it that every time he speaks his paragraph of talking is half a page or more 😭😭 bro stfu pleaseeee

It is my first Victorian novel and I must admit that it is very different and somewhat difficult, at first, to comprehend at first since English is my second language. The book is surprisingly funny and witty. I have loved every character thus far (they are all so colourful) and currently have a soft spot for Mr. Bennet.
