i wanted to hear about everyone’s craft of choice, and whether you like to audiobook while you craft or prefer to separate your hobbies. for me, i got into audiobooks bc i picked up diamond art! i’m so grateful for that bc i genuinely was twiddling my thumbs when i tried audiobooks before. doing something crafty w my hands actually helps me focus on the audiobook!

I’ve just finished my exams and have more free time but I always find it hard to start a book, I do have books I want to read in my physical TBR and kindle but I just find it so hard to pick it up (perhaps it’s the phone) but if anyone else experiences this I’d like to know what you guys do!!

Hello! so sorry I didn’t post a question yesterday, college decided to take up any spare time I had 😅 The question is..

• What is something that makes you want to DNF a book or makes you immediately DNF it? •

I’ll go first, something that makes me want to DNF a book is if it has false promises. And by that I mean when the book is promoted as a ‘perfect enemies to lovers romantasy with fiery tension!’ but then in reality they only slightly hated each other for 52 pages and then fell in love by chapter 8, and the worst thing he did was call her a bitch 🙄 For me personally a good enemies to lovers has to be dragged out over to the second book in the series. The reason why this makes me want to DNF a book is because it ruins my whole mood when I’m anticipating a trope/plot just to get the complete opposite shoved in my face 😩

I received Twisted Games in my bookish and spice book box. Should I bother reading this first or skip it? I've heard that its not that good and that each book can be read as a stand alone. I need opinions please!!
