wow. i am FLYING through this book. i absolutely love the writing style; it’s so easy to get through and kinda poetic. this might be a finished-in-a-day book for me! (i’ve also been taking notes and sharing with my friends lol, it’s very fun—i have over 3k words on it so far LOL)

okay maybe i’m crazy, but i feel like the MCs of this book remind me a lottttt of the MCs from BTTM. 🤔 both FMCs are uptight and have a very specific aspect of their personalities that some (or a lot) of people find annoying or unlikable. both MMCs are sarcastic and have this nonchalant feel to them. they’re naturally charming and somehow manage to purposefully annoy the FMCs just by existing. 😭

not only that, but the plots are really similar too: the FMC gets the MMC to help her with a relationship/lack thereof, and in exchange, the MMC gets a favor. idk, i feel like these books are very similar. i’m not sure if that’s a good thing because i liked BTTM, but i don’t necessarily want a carbon copy, yk? i will say, though, i think i like their initial chemistry more than BTTM. i’m going to keep reading because i have no idea where this is going, and i want to find out.
