I spend a lot of time on Discord for work, so it is one of my favorite ways to connect with people on shared interests. Does anyone have any recommendations for public servers with a focus on books and reading? 🤔

the animal imagery is really interesting; portraying humans as nothing but animals when viewed from so far away as space.

what an interesting take on a true story. i personally liked hamnet more, but this book features that classically maggie o’farrell lushness that i love about her writing style. i found the pacing a bit off, swapping back and forth from past to present, but other than that i enjoyed it a lot! i hope alfonso is rotting in hell :-)
