A Witches Guide to Magical Innkeeping by Sangu Mandanna - One of the kids in the main found family group is autistic and there is a sapphic couple in the group too.
Survival Kit by AH Haga - chronic illness rep (Severe ME) in the zombie apocalypse. A sapphic couple try to get out of their infested city whilst navigating the huge extra complication of one wife's ME.

- Care Work: Dreaming Disability Justice - focuses on queer BIPOC disabled people
- I'm Special: And Other Lies We Tell Ourselves - it's half memoir/fictionized on a gay man with cerebral palsy (there is also the netflix show)
- Leg: The Story of a Limb and the Boy Who Grew from It - memoir by a queer man with cerebral palsy
