I have a few suggestions! (i linked them all on PB)
- Care Work: Dreaming Disability Justice - focuses on queer BIPOC disabled people
- I'm Special: And Other Lies We Tell Ourselves - it's half memoir/fictionized on a gay man with cerebral palsy (there is also the netflix show)
- Leg: The Story of a Limb and the Boy Who Grew from It - memoir by a queer man with cerebral palsy
also a fiction book:

I'd recommend 'Like Real People Do'! The main character, Elijah, has epilepsy due to a TBI and uses a service dog!

Don’t remeber it being perfect rep (I’ve studied DID and Schizophrenia pretty intensely on my own) but Love Me Whole by Nicky James is DID and sweet.
