Here (and there and then) be time travelers!

Suggesting Connie Willis' Oxford Time Travel books - Doomsday Book, To Say Nothing of the Dog, Blackout/All Clear (two books but really two halves of one immensely long book)
Adding the first one!
I wanna recommend A Tale for the Time Being for this list - it's not time travel in the classical sense of "person gets transported into a different period/time line", but there's a decades old journal by a Japanese teen impossibly washing up on the coast of British Columbia in good condition, followed by other weird spacetime shenanigans that are integral to the story, so I think it should count!
Yes, this book is awesome, thanks for reminding me!
It was my favorite read of 2023!
I would also recommend The Ministry of Time, The Austen Affair, and The Good Part!
All three added; thanks again!
I want to suggest Time Salvager by Wesley Chu because I think it fits the theme well, but I'm also a little hesitant because it's an unfinished trilogy.
Ooooh, time travel interrupted. I'll add it, but it is good that that is noted...
I’d recommend The Unmaking of June Farrow if you’re open to more recs!
Time and Time Again by Chatham Greenfield! More like a time loop than time travel but still cute!
Adding now; thanks for the rec!
