I’m having trouble understanding a lot of it and it’s making me want to read the book less, which is really unfortunate because when i can understand it i really like it.

I’m in a psychology class and am going over justice in my English class as well, and I very much consider myself an (intersectional) feminist though obviously so far from being an expert, and I’d really appreciate some non-fiction reading recommendations that would connect feminism to either of my classes and help me bring up some good points and arguments.

  • What is your ideal reading weather?

For me, it’s the cloudy autumn days. There’s a crisp to the air and the rain falls melodically.

Mr Knightly so far is a lot more likable than Mr. Darcy, and Emma so much more likable (surprisingly) than Elizabeth. This book might convince me to pick up other Jane Austen novels, unlike Pride and Prejudice.
