What is that one book that every time you see it on your feed or in the wild that you say āIāve been meaning to read that. Iām going to read thatā
Mine is: Circe by Madeline Miller
I want to read it. I talk about reading it. I loved her other book I read (Achilles). I think I even had it in my home but did I read it yet? No. š©
Iām going to read that book⦠someday.

From the provocative and challenging to the emotional and quiet, Japanese literary fiction tends to be nuanced, introspective, and minimalistic. These books contain layered cultural commentary and may lean on psychological, surreal, or fantastical elements to convey their message.

I started reading this book for the pagebound badge, so i didnāt know anything about the book. I wanted to try something new. I found it very similar to āBefore the coffee gets coldā and i didnāt really enjoyed that either. The writing style is absolutely better and i could resonate more with the stories but i donāt really enjoy reading different little stories. The second story was the best for me and it made me cry, but the third ruined the vibe. In the end i donāt think that this is a bad book, just not my cup of tea. Loved the ambiance but not the repetition of some phrases. If you want something cozy but with a deep meaning this is for you.
