It's not out until July but I just finished an ARC of đ**Picky by Julie T. Kinn**đ that I think would be a great fit for this list when it comes out! Kinn is also a psychologist who specializes in OCD.

Nice list! The main character in History is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera has OCD, you could check it out! (Warning though, it's emotionally very heavy)

Yes! I went researching a bit and apparently Silvera based it on his own (undiagnosed) ocd. I saw most people saying it was a realistic portrayal too

Very different vibe, but phantasma' author has OCD and the main character has it as well. This is romantasy, so I can't remember if there is a fantasy element to the OCD or not for sure

I absolutely love this đ„č I donât know if you are looking for more recs but, when I read âEveryone in This Room Will Someday Be Deadâ by Emily Austin, I felt like the main character had some strong OCD tendencies.
