Because Audra winter isn't the first to do so! Books and novels with illustrations have always existed! And I love seeing art peppered in through out a novel to get the extra boost as a reader. So here are novels with pretty illustrations in case you want that extra pizzazz in your books.

Nothing brings people together than being haters towards people who deserve it đ
Oh so you did not put Audran winter in the title in the end ^^
CLOCK ITTTT
I just thought of it now, but The Little Prince would definitely fit in here!
Shall add it right away!
the leviathan trilogy by scott westerfeld has absolutely stunning illustrations. itâs an older ya alt history steampunk-adjacent series but it is SO damn good
My poor tbr đ
LOVE THIS!!!! I'm so happy A Magical Girl Retires, I loved the illustration style in that one đ€©
Quick question, I know you have Strange Houses by Uketsu in here but would you add Strange Pictures too? Wasn't sure if you wanted more than one book for an author! They're technically a series only because they follow the same recipe for their titles, eerie mystery, and illustrations. The two books aren't connected in story or format style (SP uses multiple short stories and SH focuses on a single narrative style), and can be read as standalones. Strange Pictures was also published first, before Strange Houses!
I've not read so many of these books! Fellow Pagebounders have helped a lot In curating this kist and sure! I'll add strange pictures too!
We love a collaborative list đââïžđđœ Thanks for putting it all together!!
The Wild Robot has really cute illustrations! :)
Oooh done. I'm putting it in the list đ€
