(I obviously love this premise, sorry I am now officially Too Invested™️)

The way I cackled aloud when I noticed Jurassic Park!! How did I not think of that one?!? I literally just watched a TikTok about being an employee there.

i didn't think of it originally either lmao i'm sorry michael crichton!!
Are we confining the list to fiction? Because Radium Girls is peak OSHA violation, but nonfiction…

no limits i cannot believe i forgor about my radium girls i literally played grace fryer in a play in high school
Incredible list. May I recommendSeveral People are Typing? Getting your soul sucked into Slack has to be an OSHA violation.

in my heart of hearts that is an unsafe working condition and therefore must be an osha violation
I've had nightmares just like this
how dangerous. 🫦
For a non-American, can you give some examples of things that are not OSHA compliant? 🙏🏽
ladder rungs not being equally spaced out and level, poorly secured or unstable scaffolding, poor air quality in an office, not having PPE available for workers to use to name a few, a fire escape being blocked. these are very specific but generally speaking its anything that results in a workplace being unsafe.
Oh my!
In that case, I fear we must add The Baker's Forced Breading because that basically broke the Geneva convention.
Also, many of Chuck Tingle's poor innocent MCs are working in less than ideal conditions. Of note:
Pounded In The Butt By My Handsome Sentient Library Card Who Seems Otherworldly But In Reality Is Just A Natural Part Of The Priceless Resources Our Library System Provides
Bisexual Mothman Mailman Makes A Special Delivery In Our Butts
The Banana In My Butt Is A Handsome Lifeguard
Although Not Pounded by My Soul crushing Job Because I Quit guy is the one that got away!
Of course the baker is on top of your suggestions
Yes and whose fault is that!
literally anything that involves blood handling without a blood borne pathogen training (I totally didn't do my fifth one a couple of weeks ago and am still pissed about it)
The way I need this to become a quest… like imagine the badge?? I’m picturing machine + severed arm + red sparkles (to denote blood)! 📠 💪🩸✨

that would be very funny ngl
I feel like I'm missing context, but I do love a good bit.
The entire Warts & Claws series by Clio Evans. First, the coffee maker stops working (the horror!) and then the entire office is endangered/kidnapped/attacked by [spoilers]. And I suppose the boss-worker dynamic is questionable if you wanna be strict.

the entire series!! woof clio evans osha is watching you!!
How to kill a guy in 10 dates is a slasher that takes place in a club with minimum of five bars but no kitchen. obviously I'm forced to assume they are making their employees teleport to another dimension to get ice and glasses therefore an osha violation to me. also there's no fire exit signs

NO FIRE EXIT SIGNS?!
Assistant to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer comes to mind upon reading the description of this list 😨🤕
