Does anyone ever feel like their library due dates sneak up on them? It’s like WHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS DUE IN 2 DAYS AND IM ONLY HALF WAY DONE AHHHHHHHHHHH
Also the fact that all my holds become available all at once is stressful

hi, guys! so, i watched wake up dead man a couple days ago, and thought, hm, i should read classic whodunnits, right? so agatha christie, acd, etc. and i was just wondering if pb had a quest for that? i tried to look and couldn't find anything, so i just wanted to check in with others to see if it exists under a different name or something. and, if it doesn't exist, well. okay! i'm going to read them anyway! but a whodunnit quest would be really, really fun.

Are there any books you own that you're determined to read in 2026?
I'm compiling a list of 26 books I own that I want to read in 2026 and I'm curious to see which books you'd pick and how you make that choice (also I'd love to get to know different tastes😍)
Edit to add some of the books on my list:

I just was on youtube and did a double-take when I got a recc'd video to me and saw the little Pagebound icon. It was a book app review video from Gina Lucia Reads, and I'm so glad she mentioned us! So often all this year I would find myself clicking on those 'what's the best book tracking app of 2025' vids but almost never finding even a mention of us, so I got so excited seeing this. Kept my eyeballs peeled the entire review trying to see if when she was screen recording the club page if my user ever popped up anywhere 👀

How do y'all find the self control to stay away from tik tok and actually read your books. I feel like every time I sit down it's just easier to sit and doom scroll than it is to read and I want to get away from that. I'd delete tik tok but it's so hard since I get so many good book recommendations there.

I, as many of you lovely lot here, got back into reading this year. Since summer (northern hemisphere) I have plowed through books, slowing down since September to try and really take them in.
Even though I slowed down, I knew I wasn't being an especially mindful reader. I decided 'I'll try next year, this year is just about enjoying reading again.'
Then I joined Pagebound in November. I'd been craving a book app, and fell in love immediately! Now, I've not really changed any reading habits but the conversational emphasis of PB, primarily the forums, is not only exciting, but I've realised has provided a shortcut to mindful reading. I remember more about the books I've read since joining PB: the plots, the characters, the feelings. I love it! It feels a bit like cheating because again, I've not changed how I am reading. But being able to chat about books and read other people's thoughts, especially opinions different to my own, just elevates the whole experience. I've accidentally, unknowingly, become a more mindful reader because PB encourages this.
All this to say, thank you everybody! And since joining Pagebound, what differences/improvements to your reading experience have you seen?
How has Pagebound enhanced your life?
💜💜
