I’ve noticed a spike in medieval things (books, but also clothes and art) being popular- kudos to your library for being up with the times

They know what's up 😝. Yes it's definitely trending, I'm sure there's some societal reason but also medieval books are just fun to read all the time
I’ve seen it in relation to “whimsical” stuff- y2k medieval revival mixed with wanting to be whimsical- and emphasis on messy nostalgic stuff. I assume it’s a counter trend to ai and I’m all for it
