Is this a kids' book? It seems like it, and it has pictures...
Post from the Die Spur der Vertrauten forum
I'm not really sure what to think of this? I got the book bc of another series of the author which was one of my most favourites. But this feels boring so far. In her defense the Mirror-Visitor-Saga was fantasy and this book is dystopian but I am really pushing myself here to continue to read bc there isn't much happening. I do see that it is character-driven like the other series. The difference is that you still had amazing world-building, interesting fantasy elemant and most importantly interesting characters. So far both main characters are rather annonying or boring. I hope that the book focuses more on the missing children in the coming chapters bc otherwise it will be a dnf from me.
