The Lilac People by Milo Todd published in April 2025 and set during WWII, is another one.
That one sounds really interesting! I don't think I know many historical fiction books with trans MC's, I'll be adding it to the list :D

To Be Taught, If Fortunate by Becky Chambers has a transmasc character and the Monk & Robot series (also by Becky Chambers) has a non-binary main character who uses they/them and Sibling (instead of Sister/Brother monk titles), if you're up for taking suggestions!! and both are fantastic humanity-centered sci-fi/solarpunk novellas, respectively :)
I love love the Monk & Robot duologyđĽşđĽşđĽş it makes me envision how a better world could look like
