I would recommend Dance of Thieves too!

Would you say you can read this duology if you haven't read the Remnant Chronicles?

1

It depends. If you would like more information about the world and don't want any spoilers from the originally trilogy then you shouldn't start with Dance of Thieves. If you don't care then you can totally start there. The story follows different characters although some do make appearances from the orginal. I read dance of theives first and didn't feel like I was missing out. I went back and read the chronicles and enjoyed them as well.

Thank you, that's good to know! I have the duology, and was hoping my library would have the trilogy as it isn't as easily available here for some reason, but it looks like it has expired (Libby). I don't mind spoilers, so long as the duology holds up on its own.😊
