i don’t consider myself an expert or even particularly educated in this topic by any means, i’m sure there are people who are much much more qualified to curate something official such as a quest, but i agree that a quest around this topic would be great, too! in the meantime though, i think the Justice for All quest miiight have some books that touch on similar or adjacent topics!!
