Relatable 😂 and it’s not even a laughing matter. There’s this Druid book that has a meditation of sorts about becoming a tree (pg 163)— I love it. I’ve done it since I was young.

It's Percy Jackson, The Lightning Thief (and possibly more? 🤐🤐), but I'm not entirely sure if this fits your list, I guess it would depend on how prominent the plantiness would need to be for you? 🤔
I think it fits if it’s more than just something that happens/is mentioned in passing; it fits if it’s important to the story at large or a specific character’s identity or journey! If that makes sense.
Oh, Thalia Grace definitely fits that criteria imo!

This is so not the same vibe as the rest of them, but a cute one that came to kind is a translated Chinese (web?)novel called Bamboo Spirit’s Husband-Taming Manual: A Sharp-Tongued Celestial Master’s Self-Strategy Record, about a bamboo spirit cultivating to a human shape. It's been a while since i read it, but I remember it being very cute.
