Oh thank the gods for you . . . I've been keeping a mental archive for all the PB lore I've been encoutering, and the shelves in my mental palace were getting a bit chaotic. Very nice to have it all here now š
Awh š„¹š«¶š¼ just hoping to capture a small piece of PB culture
Must give credit where credits due:
The Tortoise's Tale by our the @karigan
Ten Tomatoes by that not science not guy
The Dance of Anger by co-queen @jenniferPagebound
Mad Sisters of Esi by our pink bestie @crybabybea
Silver Under Nightfall by the naughtiest funniest @Fantasy
Will of the Many when 12+ users tried to summon @Devin bc someone started to read it and it took weeks for him to notice
Jurasschrist must shoutout @baileyisbooked, @theodenreads and @zielstarfallen for the absolute terror of a find
The Pocket Guide to Pigeon Watching bc @one_crazy_eliott is actually a pigeon (secrets out)
The Midnight Timetable by the lovely @kishmish
Spread Me by our horror liege @polterbooks
Vampires of El Norte by PB jester @pykora thoughts at 6%
seeing Spread Me on the top of this list cracked me up, then scrolling down to find Silver Under Nightfall killed me šš
Let the lore never die šāāļøāš¼ and may we prosper and bring chaos into even more spaces
I know Polter was talking about Jurassichrist before it blew up but idk if they were the one that Bailey heard about the book from š¤
im so sentimental that the tortoise tale (and me) is included š„¹š„¹š„¹ thank you for memorializing these little bits of PB lore!!
cannot wait for the future buddy read for this book š«¶š¼
i saw a comment by @theodenreads on a post by @zielstarfallen ās post of jurassichrist & added it to my tbr & thenā¦ā¦ things happened
and we thank you, @theodenreads and @zielstarfallen for enlightening us
Once I stop ghosting my therapist I can't wait to show him the proliferation of The Dance of Anger
what a beautiful list honoring one of my personal favorite parts of Pagebound, the TBR train hype!!!
so so honored to be included (and that everyone is reading Mad Sisters please read it it's so worth it)
Right! The TBR train is such a fun thing to see! I love trying to go back and figure out where one originates from
must share the love in all spaces of PB š
Leah I ordered a copy yesterday! Youāve been keeping it alive on my feed so I felt it was time to dive in š„°
LOTTYYYYY I CAN'T WAIT!!! i've been having so so much fun reading everyone's thoughts about it
On the plan for December š«¶š»
I have given up on my library getting a copy and I have placed my order from the local bookstore š«”
YESSSSSSS OH MY OGD
would love to keep track of the books you have been personally influenced by PB š
the list would be so long!
and that, my friend Mushypeas, is the best news i've heard all day š
Raise your hand if you feel personally targeted by this list š
we are all just looking into one large mirror
I know about the tomato book (staying in neutral territory), but the others I have no idea š¤£
Saaaame, really hoping for a write up in this comments section. I wanna be included!
I still don't get the tomato controversy, but have chosen to remain mostly ignorant. I was here for it and just let it wash over me like water under a bridge haha.
(neutral territory is safest š)
Tortoise's Tale started a fairly large TBR train, notably @lucyPagebound was influenced
The Dance of Anger was the book @jennfierPagebound quoted for her Feminine Rage Side Quest
Mad Sisters of Esi is @crybabybea's holy, lovely text of a book that is going around :)
Silver Under Nightfall is the first book @Fantasy was horny vocal on main š¤
adds all to TBR
My Queen I have failed to read a single PB lore book, please forgive me Iām on my knees
does the sun set in the west? is the sky blue? is lotty perfect just the way she is? š
blushes š«¶š»
this is so fun!! Iām so sat to see the PB lore grow and see what other books are added š¤
STOPPIT I love it ššššššš I totally missed the tomato saga, but I was there in the shadows secretly judging everyone š«„
gotta capture the lore now š«¶š¼ cannot wait to refer back to this in a year šš
Omg who knows what will be the hot topics then!
we should place bets, like a new year resolution: āwhat book theme shall bring chaos to PB?ā
And the winner will be something as normal as tomatoes š (Also, after considering my position on tomatoes I have discovered I'm neutral. I shan't be eating one like an apple though)
a completely safe and reasonable stance š«¶š¼
Thank you for understanding šš¼
perfect!!! canāt wait for more to be added š„²
May i suggest either This Fatal Kiss or All Woven with Ivy by me? š we can also wait till more people read, i am a start-up pyramid scheme after all
Possibly also Tiny Moons by Nina Mingya Powles. Very start-up tho hehehe i love power
i would be delighted to share your gospel mossy š please speak your truth!!
Oh my gosh thank you šš£šŖ¢ looking forward to u joining next year šš«”
happy to join as many polycules as it takes š«¶š¼
the title of this list is scaring me a little bit š¤Ø
I promise Iām a good goat, nothing to be scared of (maybe just a lil)
iāll join the pyramid scheme⦠just for you š¤©
I submit Spread Me for consideration. The one and only Polter brought it to my feed. š
HOW COULD I FORGET kittynado to the rescue š¤©
Anything to spread the word.
diabolical comment, 10/10
this might feature in my nightmares tonight lol šµāš« curiosity killed the cat this time
the way the tbr train choo choo'ed multiple of these books not only onto my tbr but my actual plan!!! obsessed with this list because I love peer pressure
the way PB peer pressure has altered so many readers, I love it š
What a fun list!! I also love that Iāve either read or have these on my TBR. Can tell I was influenced š
same... but i made the list so it would be weird not too š¤
I cannot wait to comprehend the lore š¤
I knew for a fact Mad Sisters of Esi would be on here šššš
HAD to give credit to the queen of the pyramid scheme š
šš you're a real one you've been here since the beginning of that
we've all fallen prey to your genius āØļø
i'm so glad to have introduced this website to the pyramid scheme terminology, i enjoy how the impact of my professional clownery spreads far and wide!
ayz please forgive my failure to credit you and magnificent brain and clownery that graces this place every day, the description has been updated correctly š«¶š¼ā„ļø
ayz i'm so sorry i stole your thunder!! you are a gift to Pagebound and this list/its name wouldn't be the same without you and your joy š©·
This will definitely be an interesting list lol I can't wait to see what other books are gonna be added her.
(Does Kissing the Corona Virus count cause that book really affected me š)
Angie omg I must add it are you kidding !!
I actually still remember a quote so well it never leaves my head XD
I must admit I have never been this curious about tomatoes.
A statement echoed across PB
more people need to read the midnight timetable because its such a great book.
and hopefully this propaganda fun list with encourage them!!
āš½ personally victimised by silver under nightfall āš½ please join us in the forums PLEASE
weird being a member of the harem and havenāt read, must rectify this very soon š
i'll actually start foaming at the mouth š©
Can I read it to you?
Is this our versions of a booktok book?
i think so, but i cannot imagine jurassichrist or the tomato book going viral on tiktok š
I definitely missed the Silver Under Nightfall lore - whatās the story there?
the first book @Fantasy showed her true spicy colors šāāļø
all I needed to hear

The first I let you see. You have no idea what's in the forums of other books I've read š
time to start trolling the forums for the good stuff. š®āšØ
(my true intentions š¤)
MFM vampires and vampire hunter š
š brb adding to TBR so I can lock in on that forum
Amazing. The tomato book is on my TBR bc of yall šš I'm honestly so curious to know if these are actually really good hidden gem books. Edit: correction I had switched it to my "interested" library. But I really wanna get it soon š
i'm biased but Mad Sisters is 100% a hidden gem š© that book changed my life
Midnight Timetable by Bora Chung was definitely a tbr-train pagebound rec for me (it has such an eye-catching cover). I unfortunately canāt remember exactly who I snatched it from, but I think it may have been either Polter or MadHoney? maybe someone else will know? Itās so fun that youāre collecting all of these!
Oh yay!! I will add, if we find who to credit (besides you for the rec!) I would love that :)
This is so funny š¤£š¤£š¤£ I spot Jurassichrist š
