seeing Spread Me on the top of this list cracked me up, then scrolling down to find Silver Under Nightfall killed me 😭😭

4

Let the lore never die šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøāœ‹šŸ¼ and may we prosper and bring chaos into even more spaces

6

I know Polter was talking about Jurassichrist before it blew up but idk if they were the one that Bailey heard about the book from šŸ¤”

11

im so sentimental that the tortoise tale (and me) is included 🄹🄹🄹 thank you for memorializing these little bits of PB lore!!

11

cannot wait for the future buddy read for this book šŸ«¶šŸ¼

i saw a comment by @theodenreads on a post by @zielstarfallen ā€˜s post of jurassichrist & added it to my tbr & then…… things happened

5

and we thank you, @theodenreads and @zielstarfallen for enlightening us

6

Once I stop ghosting my therapist I can't wait to show him the proliferation of The Dance of Anger

30

omg šŸ’€

11

what a beautiful list honoring one of my personal favorite parts of Pagebound, the TBR train hype!!!

so so honored to be included (and that everyone is reading Mad Sisters please read it it's so worth it)

26

Right! The TBR train is such a fun thing to see! I love trying to go back and figure out where one originates from

6

must share the love in all spaces of PB šŸ’–

7

Leah I ordered a copy yesterday! You’ve been keeping it alive on my feed so I felt it was time to dive in 🄰

7

LOTTYYYYY I CAN'T WAIT!!! i've been having so so much fun reading everyone's thoughts about it

6

On the plan for December šŸ«¶šŸ»

5

Raise your hand if you feel personally targeted by this list šŸ‘‹

23

šŸ–ļø although I'm proud to only sometimes be peer pressured to read things

14

I’m proud to be easily peer pressured to read things šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

8

we are all just looking into one large mirror

would love to keep track of the books you have been personally influenced by PB šŸ’–

23

the list would be so long!

11

and that, my friend Mushypeas, is the best news i've heard all day 😊

8

I know about the tomato book (staying in neutral territory), but the others I have no idea 🤣

20

Saaaame, really hoping for a write up in this comments section. I wanna be included!

5

I still don't get the tomato controversy, but have chosen to remain mostly ignorant. I was here for it and just let it wash over me like water under a bridge haha.

8

(neutral territory is safest šŸ˜†)

Tortoise's Tale started a fairly large TBR train, notably @lucyPagebound was influenced

The Dance of Anger was the book @jennfierPagebound quoted for her Feminine Rage Side Quest

Mad Sisters of Esi is @crybabybea's holy, lovely text of a book that is going around :)

Silver Under Nightfall is the first book @Fantasy was horny vocal on main 🤭

14

adds all to TBR

My Queen I have failed to read a single PB lore book, please forgive me I’m on my knees

13

does the sun set in the west? is the sky blue? is lotty perfect just the way she is? 😚

8

blushes šŸ«¶šŸ»

5

STOPPIT I love it šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ I totally missed the tomato saga, but I was there in the shadows secretly judging everyone 🫄

12

gotta capture the lore now šŸ«¶šŸ¼ cannot wait to refer back to this in a year šŸ˜šŸ˜‚

4

Omg who knows what will be the hot topics then!

4

we should place bets, like a new year resolution: ā€œwhat book theme shall bring chaos to PB?ā€

4

And the winner will be something as normal as tomatoes šŸ˜‚ (Also, after considering my position on tomatoes I have discovered I'm neutral. I shan't be eating one like an apple though)

3

a completely safe and reasonable stance šŸ«¶šŸ¼

3

Thank you for understanding šŸ™šŸ¼

3

this is so fun!! I’m so sat to see the PB lore grow and see what other books are added 🤭

11

perfect!!! can’t wait for more to be added 🄲

10

comment has been deleted.

10

I like that this deleted comment is getting likes lol

9

I thought for a minute that you’d actually typed that šŸ˜‚

9

Hehee

8

May i suggest either This Fatal Kiss or All Woven with Ivy by me? 😌 we can also wait till more people read, i am a start-up pyramid scheme after all

9

This Fatal Kiss is a good option; I do feel like PB would enjoy the poly. And I've seen All Woven with Ivy around!

7

7

What a fun list!! I also love that I’ve either read or have these on my TBR. Can tell I was influenced šŸ’€

8

same... but i made the list so it would be weird not too 🤭

5

I submit Spread Me for consideration. The one and only Polter brought it to my feed. šŸ‘€

8

HOW COULD I FORGET kittynado to the rescue 🤩

4

Anything to spread the word.

5

diabolical comment, 10/10

4

this might feature in my nightmares tonight lol šŸ˜µā€šŸ’« curiosity killed the cat this time

5

the way the tbr train choo choo'ed multiple of these books not only onto my tbr but my actual plan!!! obsessed with this list because I love peer pressure

8

the way PB peer pressure has altered so many readers, I love it šŸ˜†

5

SO SO TRUE AND SO NEEDED

7

cheers to many more šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļøšŸ˜½

6

the title of this list is scaring me a little bit 🤨

7

I promise I’m a good goat, nothing to be scared of (maybe just a lil)

8

i’ll join the pyramid scheme… just for you 🤩

6

I cannot wait to comprehend the lore 🤭

7

I knew for a fact Mad Sisters of Esi would be on here šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

7

HAD to give credit to the queen of the pyramid scheme šŸ’–

4

šŸ’€šŸ’€ you're a real one you've been here since the beginning of that

5

we've all fallen prey to your genius āœØļø

4

I definitely missed the Silver Under Nightfall lore - what’s the story there?

6

the first book @Fantasy showed her true spicy colors šŸ™‚ā€ā†•ļø

8

all I needed to hear

12

The first I let you see. You have no idea what's in the forums of other books I've read šŸ˜

13

the dark web of PB

11

eyebrow wiggles

3

time to start trolling the forums for the good stuff. šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

8

(my true intentions 🤭)

7

MFM vampires and vampire hunter šŸ˜

8

šŸ‘€ brb adding to TBR so I can lock in on that forum

7

I will pre-apologize for the thirstiness of the forum and the book

8

never apologize. This is a safe space haha

7

Phew, thank you

3

The thirstiness is the best part

8

the absolute last thing you should apologize for šŸ™‚ā€ā†”ļø

Amazing. The tomato book is on my TBR bc of yall šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ I'm honestly so curious to know if these are actually really good hidden gem books. Edit: correction I had switched it to my "interested" library. But I really wanna get it soon šŸ˜‚

6

i'm biased but Mad Sisters is 100% a hidden gem 😩 that book changed my life

6

Oohh okay, you needn't say more, I trust you!

5

ahhh i can't wait!!!

5

This will definitely be an interesting list lol I can't wait to see what other books are gonna be added her.

(Does Kissing the Corona Virus count cause that book really affected me šŸ˜‚)

6

Angie omg I must add it are you kidding !!

4

I actually still remember a quote so well it never leaves my head XD

3

I must admit I have never been this curious about tomatoes.

6

A statement echoed across PB

3

Midnight Timetable by Bora Chung was definitely a tbr-train pagebound rec for me (it has such an eye-catching cover). I unfortunately can’t remember exactly who I snatched it from, but I think it may have been either Polter or MadHoney? maybe someone else will know? It’s so fun that you’re collecting all of these!

5

Oh yay!! I will add, if we find who to credit (besides you for the rec!) I would love that :)

5

This is so funny 🤣🤣🤣 I spot Jurassichrist šŸ‘€

5

more people need to read the midnight timetable because its such a great book.

5

and hopefully this propaganda fun list with encourage them!!

4

I WIN

2

Oh thank the gods for you . . . I've been keeping a mental archive for all the PB lore I've been encoutering, and the shelves in my mental palace were getting a bit chaotic. Very nice to have it all here now 😌

4
